GATES Part # T42028
Turned down 11mm on a lathe
Perfect fit
I used a m12x 1.25 bolt
$25 on amazon
$40 for machine shop
So basically i think the Mitsubishi pulley is a better buy
Amazon has the Mitsubishi for $20ish shipped

Gates T42005 is the pulley you want. Perfect fit, just drill and tap the hole. It's a timing idler from a 2000 Mazda Protege 1.6L, $30 at oreilly. I've been running one for 3 years now. I would have said somethign sooner, but I thought everyone knew the part number for that pulley by now lol.

How do you know if your belt slips?
