We removed the diff brace and it's very visible on the black shaft near the black flange that mounts against the aluminum subframe, that there is play. There is a worn line in the paint. There is enough play there to cause this loud noise. It's not a tight fit.

I would like to resolve this with a refund. I have no use for this item. If you would like it returned, send me a return shipping tag and your welcome to look it over. Or I can send pics.

Thanks for reading

Please send us pictures, we have sold tons of these and had no such issues. What is your email, I will send a call tag for it. Once we receive it back, you will be issued a full credit for the item. We will then test it on our Nismo car and double check the fitment. The fitment issues you are claiming should of been obvious even at the onset of the install. Either way we will refund your money if you are not happy with the product.

Thanks
Dustin

We will inspect it once it arrives, test fit it on our cars and report back. We are not above pointing out if we made a mistake... and while I am not saying this is the case, we have seen some funny install pics, that explain a lot of issues people have. Many times installing a brace such as this exposes other weak areas in the suspension which then become the next weakest link.

This morning I ordered the bracket for fitment with the Nismo rear differential cover (dropped shipped to Japtrix). Thank you IP!

For the honesty and openness about the issue. I didn't actually expect you to post the info, if only more vendors were like this...

Its a simple install. It's only 3 bolts. My car currently has a 11 kmi on it. The suspension has no weak links. HKS hypermax III coilovers, hotchkis sways & SPL camber & toe kit. Fitment was great, cleared the exhaust just fine. It was torqued down nice and tight. It's not like I could wiggle it and hear a clunk with my hand pulling on it. I never heard it at cruising speeds and rarely on deceleration. Only on acceleration did the diff move enough to cause noise against the subframe.

The tolerances must be off on this one. I guess that would be my luck. Once it was removed, the car went back to being clunk free, with only the growl of duals once again.
