I run 197-203. I might jump to 206 right before the fans kick on.
Intake is always 9 above ambient. 138-163 sitting in traffic here.
I jumped up to 180s sitting at Penera with the AC on last week.

Well, I did some more testing last night.
Ambient temp was 99
IAT was about 15-20 above ambient
AC on: 23x
AC off: 20x
Heater on: 19x

That was last night on the freeway with CC set to 75.

Btw- if I remember correctly, stock coolant gauge moves at 222/223.

Time to bleed again. ugh.

that still looks pretty normal considering your ambient temp.

I can contribute to the IAT's.

Last Friday I was at the track. In cabin thermometer was at 80deg F and my IAT at mid 4th gear as I was crossing the 1/4 mile line was flat (not increasing) at 96deg F. This was from the Haltech data log.

I don't thin IAT's at idle should be looked at, all cars will have hight IAT's at that point because the sensor is heat soaked.

+1, it's the temp under boost that is of most concern.

Only type of racing that matters is road racing...1/4 mile and autocross are not long enough for damages to occurr...Try 25 minutes under boost with ambient 90-100F, thats the test, have to run the heater on full to keep the temps under H on the OEM guage...

I've done/installed every cooling mod that I've read about. At 99F my Z runs 185 in stop an go driving and on the hwy, with the air conditioner on 195F idling and 192 on the highway, IAT are generally 10 to 14 degs higher than ambient while moving. I never stayed in boost long enough to get accurate reading.

My idle or cruising temp is usually 2F-6F deg above ambient. Last time I went to the track (drag) it was low 60's and my idle temp was 18C (64F) and by the time I finished the 1/4 mile my IAT was 37C (98F). I'm consistently about 18C-20C above ambient by time I finish the race. My last log it was about 89F (ambient) and by the time I finished my 3r-4th gear pull my IAT was around 115F. Sorry for the conversion, Utec uses Celsius

Coolant is always 88C (190) Never saw my coolant go above 95C (203)..

Edit: this was only at 8psi so IAT doesnt really go up...
