I'm the proud Father of...
On an HR, I would suggest an Uprev ECU flash over the emanage Ultimate. Looks like a fun build. You will really like what the Greddy TT Tuner kit does on the later generation engines.
I plan on using Greddy's Management for 3-5 months. After that, I'm going with something different.
Any ideas on the numbers i should achieve? Add on my HKS Ti exhaust, no cats(AAM test pipes) and a UR light weight pulley.
^ Like previously stated change the EMS.... but def. change out the UR pulley!!! your crank shafts stock pulley is also a "harmonic damper" of sorts... and the UR pulley takes all that away which makes it lighter but with the extra trq... I would switch that back immediately!!!
Look at some of the other HR builds .... you might be somewhere around there... as long as you have a nice power curve and a SAFE tune, thats what you should worry about

The Greddy management(which I purchased) was made for the TT kit. It came with the 440cc injectors, harness and the piggy back. It's already pretuned for 6psi.
Here's what it comes with:
Car Make: Nissan
Car Model: 350Z HR
Car Year: 2007-08
Notes: preprogramed Ultimate, full harness, press. sensor, 6x 440cc inj.
for use with GReddy HR Tuner Turbo Kit #11520094
Part #: 350ZEUK

Ive been doing pretty good about not going wild but i have had my play time too.
As far as the clutch set up goes yea it would be cheaper to do now but if you cant and later you can take the hit dont worry about it. My factory clutch lasted 22k miles and of those 12k miles was on a regular 7psi daily not bad at all for the factory setup.
Hehe ... good word to bank off in case cause if your getting a boost controller its harder than you think to control.

But at the end of the day its your motor.

Looks like a fun build but it seems your ignoring good advice. I would wait till you have some more money and do the clutch and a proper ems.
Also this is your only car and your FI'ing it with no tune and going to DD it? Good luck to you.

When im looking for fun i generally tend to set target boost at about 9.5 at the highest because it gains a little higher than 10 under cold temps. I do not drive the car often. And to be honest under vaccum pressure the cars acceleration and performance is great. 99.99% of the time im running 6.5psi. At the moment my target boosts using the HKS EVC are at 6.5 and with the switch of a **** 8.5. I have not had any problems since.
Im trying to find some time to go in for an oil cooler and the new pipes so i can finally put the strut bar back on. Shortly after will come the build which i need to do some research on.

Agreed. Hope it all goes well but HR's going boost are on the rise and there actually is a lot of good info out there.
Dropping in a clutch and flywheel is 1 days work. Not really a major concern.
I will keep everyone up to date on the build with POSITIVE updates!
Guys,
I just started breaking down the boxes and going over everything. The one piece I was most concerned about--the IC.
Take a l@@k.
Purchase from Dan @ Speed Concepts.
I've already filed a claim with UPS.
