Not that it's impossible, but I've seen some reputable turbo kits use ebay intercoolers.

I'd honestly prefer a big **** precision core if I wanted to spend $450 on an intercooler...and eventually I just may end up doing so.

It's 5" longer and 4.25" taller although it's .5" thinner.
