why are you diagnosing?

sounds like an install problem...cometic gaskets have caused problems in a alot of KA-T builds that i have been involved in....my guess would be a headbolt torquing issue...

no way to tell without being there but this is too odd, someone needs to take a dive into this build and take initiative (talk to your mech)

Yea it's def no t normal, I was trying to be positive and hope it was something simple, but in reality hot air is being forced in somewhere and causing the coolant to boil like that and puke out. I doubt it's a clogging issue because the radiator is clean and my heater is working properly. I also had bits of grey RTV sealant come out the funnel a twice. Any thoughts on what this can be?

Until you don't take it apart it's all speculation
I was trying to be nice about trying the flush trying to give you some hope
but in reality you pretty much knew it would come down to the headgasket

Thanks I really appreciate it. More then likely Going to look into a build since the motors got to come out to check the headgasket anyways
