Can a dual oil cooler set-up be effectively used??
Not big enough, and I wouldn't want to pump oil 10 feet back, and then 10 feet to the front using the OEM mechanical oil pump. There is airflow up front, but you have to get a little creative.
they put the rear diff cooler there because the rear diff is there...and they use pumps
You would be talking about one expensive, time consuming, overly complicated system for little to no benefit
it would be alot of expensive work, and a ton of distance in lines as mentioned, to try to cool oil from all that distance at the rear of the car
there is plenty of room in the front of the car, even with the largest of FMIC's mounted, ethough compromises must be made in terms of the body kit, aesthetics, etc. No free lunches

What about cuting out the entire area and installing plastic or metal air guides inside bumper??

All the oil cooler lines for the radiator come directly off the cylinder heads before they go to the radiator. The fluid at the back of the heads is a significantly different temp then what is in the rad. All the oil cooling is done behind the thermostat.
My thought was that as long as the oil gets cool, it wouldn't matter if it is in series or not
. Also, I saw a modified mag article where they put a system together using -10 AM lines. Still too restrictive?
Jorge - I was going to run two just to keep a symetrical look, one cooler off to the side bothers me and centering it in front of the IC would make the car look like it has buck teeth IMO.
Dave - Interesting info on the sandwhich plate bypass. Have you done this on any of the Mid-A cars?

Function:Tuned is no longer in business. I ran dual Mocal 17 row coolers with a thermostatic sandwich plate and a filter relocation kit. It helped greatly with temps as long as the car was moving in clean air and not in heavy traffic.
