my bad, you are talking about the drains on the pan

no NPT isnt the same as BPT, so hopefully injected has those, as it looks like they come plugged stock. If not, I would just retap them with a 3/8 NPT, or better yet weld on a -10AN or -8AN fitting (whatever size line you are using)

If you do a quick search, even with a trq wrench, people still pull the drain plug outta the pan.

these would weld right on. That's what I would do regardless. New pan, nice and clean, never have to worry about stripping out or leaks.
