OK, I'm freakin out right bc when I was inspecting the turbo and I found a hole near the oil return hole. At first I thought it was dirt but when I looked closer I could actually see the inside!!!! Will this be an issue?

The bolt for the oil return flange is there. They sometimes tap through and sometimes don't Seems that might have just gone a little far with the tap. The bolt hole is in the center of the casting and is isolated from the rest of the oil system by the gasket and cast iron. Nothing to worry about.

that's a special pressure relief port.......absolutely critical for maximum turbo performance!!!

or.....as others have pointed out, it's just the backside of the drilled and tapped bolt hole.
