Sorry it took so long to answer... Just drove home. Made a couple runs, killed some mustangs. My father was in his z32 and killed a couple supras and a mustang.

the graph looks great... do you have any graphs to compare before the new intake manifold / intercooler / piping combo?

Here is was my old setup. I only see it getting better when I get some more dyno time on the car.

Congrats on that powerband - very flat torque curve with great improvement after 6k. I'm surprised you took no hit in torque down low - were those at the same boost levels?

Tq actually comes a tad bit faster. The 620 graph was at 18psi with a peak of 19 around 5000rpm that dipped to 18psi at the end and the new graph is at a solid 20psi. Even though the tune is still rough the car runs smoother and power feels smoother now. When I get back on the dyno i want to take it to 7800 or 8000 and see what it does.

I know at this point the hotside on my turbos is whats going to kill the power up top. Once Ignition is more optimized and I start playing cam phasing the power will really come out.

i knew our intake manifold wouldnt hurt low end much on a boosted car! after all, it only lost like 10 torque or something like that on a NA car below 4500... im glad to see that once boost is in the equation, it doesnt seem to have any noticeable drop and may kick in much earlier in the RPM band than we were thinking it would.

Here is what is used to look like before the CJM manifold.

Stock plenum with a 1/2" spacer and 3" pipe from the intercooler to the throttle body. The rest of the kit besides the turbos are all straight out of the Greddy kit. I have 3" downpipes and relocated wastegates, none of which changed with the new manifold. Everything else has stayed the same motor, ems, exhaust wise.

With the CJM manifold I ditched the AC so the IC piping could be shorter and I could run true dual 3" intakes. Other then that I put a nismo competition oil pump in.

Wow. The CJM plenum is working extremely well.

Charles, I wish you would have had this out 3 years ago before I bought the Cosworth. You better ramp up manufacturing on that bad boy. I think there is going to be some demand for it after these results. Pricing???

Meatbag, what cams are you running? What octane fuel?

JWT S7 cams, 93oct for that dyno.

Its and extensive project to install one of these but the gains are awesome.
