First of all, List your Setup.
How many miles on Kit?, Did you just install it?
Could be:
*1. Loose Serp Belt, Tighten 1 full turn.
2. 1 of the plastic Idler Pulley Bearings
3. Bearings in Jackshaft, But I doubt it.
TEST: Spray clean water, with spray bottle on ribs of Serp Belt with car running, if chirp changes or goes away, Tighten Belt....1 Full Turn, then test again.

I installed this about 6 months ago, but it was a used kit. It never made this noise before. Probaly has about 9,000 miles on it since i installed it. It's on a 2004 non-rev up 350z. I bought it used, but i replaced both belts. Bought a new cog pulley, tensioner pulley, and decided to replace the one on the charger as well. This was a full kit. There is no other upgrade on this kit except exhaust. The tuner decided to ditch the ss box and hook up the aux pump to be on whenever the gas is pressed, and he did the tune with the uprev. It ran flawlessly until this noise. I'm hoping its not the blower.

Question:
Does it make the noise when it is cold? I had an issue with my 2.87 pulley where the clearance on the back side of the pulley was super tight and after about 20 minutes in traffic it would start making a similar noise. Turns out the pulley was expanding when it got hot and was rubbing on the blower bracket, which in turn made it super hot (way hotter than the rest of the supercharger assembly). So we machined the back of the pulley and everything has been ok since.

Ok so i tried the water on the belt, it did nothing.
To Vash350z, it does it when the engine turns warm. So when i first start the car it has no noise, and then it starts building up. As soon as the car gets to normal running temp the noise is how u hear it on the video. Did u hear the same noise as in the video?

Check the back side of the 2.87 pulley for signs of rubbing. This pulley tends to be very close to the area on the jackshaft pulley housing that contains the curclip. You might have metal to metal contact. I grinded mine down because of this. Did you remove the cog belt to isolate the problem yet?

Like I said, if it was not a loose belt, It's 1 or more of the Serp Idler Pulleys. It will be easier to just replace all of them.
Dayco 89003 smooth with flange
Dayco 89009 6 rib
Most any autoparts stock them, about $15-$18ea.
If you had to replace the Cog pulleys when you got the kit, it must of had a lot of miles on it.
Also, only the 2.87 and 2.62 pulley have a clearance issue with the Jackshaft housing.

To tell u the truth, it spontaneously goes away and comes back. It was not the belt. I tried wetting it, it did nothing. It usually happens when I don't drive it for a while, but if I constantly drive it, the noise is gone. My guess its one of the pulleys bearing, too hard to narrow down which one. But actually i haven't heard it in the last few months. Sorry, i couldnt' be more help. Let me know if u figure it out.

I had this same noise over the summer. As it turns out, after +15k miles with a super tight belt, the serpentine pulley developed a VERY slight wobble. Over time, this caused the backside of the pulley to grind against the jackshaft bearing surface inside the jackshaft housing (you cannot see this area when the pulley is installed) until finally it started to chirp.
At the time, I didn't know what was causing the noise, but thought maybe the jackshaft bearing was going bad. I popped the pulley off and quickly saw what had happened...the pulley was rubbing against the jackshaft (not the housing) just enough to wear down the bearing surface. This left a bunch of grey dust in there, and in retrospect, I did notice an unusual amount of dust near the pulley that wasn't the normal black belt residue.
Anyway, dunno if this is what's causing your issue, but its something to consider.
