Default stock headers or aftermarket headers

i just bought a powerlab turbo kit and i have to change out my long-tubes for short-tubes to put in the turbo. question is should I go with stock headers or aftermarket headers as far as engine bay heat?

thanks for the info, but as far as stock headers will they not hold in heat better then aftermarket, i ask because if the header is releasing more heat won't that affect the turbo because of how close it is, i'm not concerned of power but engine bay heat for stock headers versus aftermarket
