Can't post a pic, but I can explain. I have a breather filter on the driver side valve cover. Also have a breather filter on the passenger side on the PCV. The plenum is capped off where the OEM hose from the PCV connected.

Why not just put everything back to stock? Is there a benefit to doing it this way? I haven't touched anything with my pcv system and the car runs fine, made good power, etc. I'm running a Vortech as well.

Well first off I have a CAI setup on my vortech, so I had to eliminate the hose that goes to the vortech filter from the driver side valve cover. Then I was getting oil in the plenum from the passenger side PCV. I know I could run a catch can, but I want to get rid of the clutter under the hood. Thats why I put a breather filter on the passenger side.

If it helps any, I have no problems with the way mine is. So if your issue is associated with that in any way, then the passenger side one would most likely be the culprit.

Unscrew the PCV, drill it out from behind using a drill bit that is small enough to fit inside the nipple. You should see a spring and a piece of white plastic fall out. Screw the PCV back on - now it is just a white nipple. Put the breather back on it. Leave the breather on the driver's side. If you find that still is insufficient, you can put breathers on the the two medial nipples that usually connect the two valve covers together via a hose. No need to drill new holes when you basically have 2 ports on each valve cover for venting gases. This is the simplest setup for venting crankcase pressure.
