who is that malone guy? It says he is active in the community and online forums but I can't say i've seen his name or car once on any of the 3 forums (nissan) that I'm active on.

I agree, that is a great "trade" value but that is probably a serious loss for what you invested over the last year isn't it?
The camaro looks ok, but I'm not sure I would like it over my boosted g35. Just weren't that fun to drive (yes, i'm talking about the ZL)

and yea for 33k i couldnt pass it up id have been lucky to get 28 private party for it. im very impressed with how well it drives and handles. way more enjoyable to drive than the z was.
Wow talk about out of left field that is a good trade in value for your car.
Why not a GT500 ? that car dyno's close to 600whp bone stock its way easier to mod than the camaro.

I hate the live axle the brakes suck. I don't like ford. And the suspension can't compare to the mag ride in the zl1. Plus as it was stated a pulley tune and exhaust will yield 700
enjoy the new car. Someone in town converted an ss to be as close to a zl1 as close as possible, makes like 650hp. A local tuner rode in it says it needs more power because the car was so heavy. Had 335's if i recall correctly. Here's a pic I snapped when I saw it last year... Idk who the owner is:

. And resmarted I didn't pick it up just for the power. It handles f!cken amazing with the mag ride. I'm On my way to Sema ATM in it and driving through Shasta I was pulling 1.1g turns in sport mode!
It's under warranty if it does. And was talking to the service manager and he said we could swap the zr1 blower and keep the warranty
.
