update, had the car tweaked a bit yesterday had some timing pulled because it was getting a bit of knock and we played with the cam phasing.
end result have a much safer pump gas tune and with the cam phasing adjustment, ended up picking up 30 whp and 55tq. sitting at 656 and 582 now on 92 on just osiris. going to get the haltech tuned on it next week sometime and see if we can bump it a tad more with adjusting the dwell and cleaning up the spark up top a little

update, the wrong slave unit i had from the twin OS was causing engine noise and tripping my CEL. so when i destroyed that imput shaft and got the correct replacement cleared all that up. no engine noise no CEL's now. We retuned the other night started with the same map that made 650/580 in 50 degree weather and dide a base run and put down 550/540 with ambiant temps in the shop at 101 degrees. after an evening of starting on fresh maps (cleared up a starting problem i was having with having to feather the gas to get it running, it now starts perfectly hot and cold with no throttle imput) it put down 640/590 on 16 psi heat soaked in 101 degree temps. pretty confident when it cools down here in a few weeks it will be over 700 easy. very happy with how the car is running now ^_^

ended up with 9200 out of it. enough for labor to pull and install a stock long block minus depreciation of 15%. took 6 months of fighting to get that aswell, and of course they wouldnt compensate any down time or anything because of thier delay. im just happy i got anything out of it

i have the haltech up for sale for a great price atm actually, not using it its just sitting around. works fine i just want to hastle paying for it to be set up. cars running fine as is XD
Yeah its hard to mess with a car once its running well. I wanted to yank my FCON out a year ago, but then I found a guy locally that can tune it. He cleaned the tune up and now it runs so much better...he even asked me who the hell tuned the car before because they didn't set the FCON or the knock amp up very well.

no we cleared it up, when i broke my imput shaft and swapped transmissions and got the correct csc unit (my old one was to small and wasnt fully engaging or disengaging apparently) it went away and idled way odly enough.
