I had an oil change after 20 km's and now I'm on about 600kms' I'll do an oil change again when I hit 1000km

600km? That's plenty broken in.

I have 260 miles on mine and i'm already hitting it with wastegate pressure (11lbs). After the first 20 miles most of the break in has occurred. Most people that deal with engine building will say somewhere around 80% of break in is within the first 20 miles (depending the engine). Then the last bit takes about 1000 miles. 600km is just under 1000 miles so you sound like you have plenty of miles.

That being said, i would do what your tuner or engine builder says. I personally think it should be ok to start using light boost on it. I'm always more worried about stupid things happening like leaks or whatnot when i'm breaking in an engine.
