I don't see this going well.
OP, there are several vendors on the forum that offer full long blocks. Every member will have differing opinions on what vendor is best and every vendor has had failures.
Hre is a short list of the major players in no particular order:
Forged Paerformance
Import Parts Pro
GTM
Intense Motorsports
Injected Performance
Vinnie Ten Racing
Z1 Motorsports
The best advice is to page through old build threads and ask some local members their recommendations via PM.

got a cheaper quote thru IPP... got a solid quote thru Dynosty.. ended up going w Intense Motorsports ( they are local here).
Just my 2 cents.
Look thru Cass's list, make some phone calls, do your research, you make the final call.

good price is relative
a $10000 engine that lasts you 100,000 between teardowns is a good deal
a $3500 engine (cheap) that lasts 500 miles is not a good deal - regardless of who builds it
a good price is not the same thing as a good value.
your best bet? speak to local engine builders, get their recommendation for the parts they are most comfortable with, and source those parts either through him, or ask if you can source parts on your own. Don't stress out over 1 rod vs another, 1 piston vs another, 1 ring vs another. Channel that energy into who is going to ensure all those components mesh well with one another and are backed up in case the dung hits the fan.
part and parcel of the above is budgeting - set a budget, and then add on 50% -100% for indicidentals, accidents, while-we're in there's
another thing to get is a daily driver

Injected is no longer in business. It is purely Dynosty now. You can call Injected but it will go to Dynosty. Same people, just new name!
As for best built motor, Dynosty hands down :P

go with a shop that has proven themselves for what you want.
Dynosty/Injected (i bought some parts from them, currently waiting on order to be processed, going to have hal do a base tune eventually)
sound performance for a sleeved block
or
VTR who seem to have the most long term experience
Not knocking on z1 etc but these guys all have held records and have pushed the limits. If you want the best, go to the best.
im impressed, the FI guys have been tame. props boys.
