Thumbs up

Hey guys,

The car is running fantastic! We had 10cm of snow dumped on us overnight. Drifting anyone?

We are currently working on some upgraded fuel system parts which should make tuning a breeze with our system. We are a bit disappointed with some of the stock fuel components which are definitely hindering power output as well the ability to retain a consistent tune. I believe this is playing a major issue with the existing kits on the market. Quite possibly why there have been so many blown motors to date. This alone should raise some red flags for those considering other kits on the market. I'll have more details on this a little later on.

Thanks!

Darryl

That sounds great...I am glad that you are looking into every possible weakness that the Z has when adding FI. I am really impressed that you are going to such lengths to create a bulletproof FI kit not like so many other modders...especially in the old days of DRAG Gen I and so on.

Keep up the good work and as they say, "Money is in the bag!"

This engine is fairly new and don't think that because nobody has made 1000hp that it can't be done. I GUARANTEE you we could build one...
Hello Tony... Glad to see you made it over here to 350z forum. I enjoyed your post over at Honda-Tech.

If the price is right, this kit sounds FRICKIN' AWESOME. Exactly what I wanted; 400 rwhp would definitely get you sub-4 sec performance and sub 12 quarters (sub 11?). Keep us posted, Darryl.

About your statements regarding your competitors' approaches, I felt your words were objective and not rude in the least. Why would anyone be making a new kit if they didn't have some improvements to offer?

Darryl:

As you know, the Greddy kit is already shipping to customers. They took an extensive amount of time in development of that product prior to its release. Please educate me (and others) why your future product is superior to it. Is it that is is going to be more reliable and if so, why? All TT kits can be have the PSI cranked up higher to increase hp of course. You both seem to be using the e-manage thus please point the fine details out to me as a consumer.

Thanks, Jeff

Any more news or updates??? I am sure the wait is killing everyone. The main question is, where do you expect pricing to be??

There are two major factors holding us back from releasing the kit:

1) Weather
2) Clutch

The weather got pretty nasty here recently with snow fall after snow fall. The 350z just can't get traction with the ground wet/moist. Another problem is our stock clutch. It's now slipping. Tuning with a slipping clutch is damn near impossible. We're waiting on ACT to manufacture a clutch kit for us. We've worked directly with them in the past on getting the first Evo VIII clutch kit. There are some clutch kits on the market that should hold the power, but we're intent on using the ACT. As well, we don't want to use a clutch/flywheel combo as that will alter the tune for you guys.

ACT should have something for us by the end of the month. Hopefully by then the roads will be a lot nicer. We NEED to perform the street tuning to ensure daily drivability before we take it to the dyno and get some numbers for you guys.

Pricing will remain un-announced for now.

I will definitely keep you guys posted though. Believe me, the wait will be worth it.

Regards,

Darryl

Yes, we're very much still operating!

Our web hosting company has been having "issues". First our email stopped working Saturday the 13th. If anyone has emailed us during that time, I apologize if you haven't been responded to. I've been on and off the phone with the hosts since Monday morning. Late last night our website went down. They're on Mountain time, so I'll be calling them in about 30 minutes!

Thanks,

Darryl

You think THAT is bad. Go over to www.b15sentra.net and do a search for this dude. You should see the way he treated some people over there. And then had the audicity to try and sell a turbo kit. Then after he blows that disappears like a f#cking magician. This guy is a clown. The B15 community learned the hard way.

The actual Twin Turbo Kit itself is 100% complete hardware wise.

We have been extremely busy recently as winter is now over and customers are wanting to go faster with all of our other products.

We've been waiting for ACT for months now on the clutch kit they promised to make for us. It seems we may have to look elsewhere for a good clutch kit as the demand for our Twin Turbo Kit has been overwhelming.

Tuning the setup is the only step left before we officially release the turbo kit. All we need is a clutch that can hold the power so that we can finish street tuning and take it to the dyno.

When everything is ready to go, you guys will be the very first to know.

Regards,

Darryl
