I remember alot of people and vendors here were talking about running 800cc injectors with Osiris (UpRev is the name of the company) . Some say that it would work, some say that it won't and it will drive like $hit.

 

It works.... Got in his car and it feels like my stock one.

Ive seen cars run 975cc injectors with Osiris (optional larger APS extreme injectors) with no driveability issue, I think it was lack of experience/skill.

 

Definitely a lack of experience, as you can tell Russell has 880's now n the car runs/drives smooth as hell....

not one of you guys know has a cipher cable? it pops right up with your license #. The 1st thing i do after a tune is check and see what was done. Esp if the car isnt running properly.
Sounds like you are pretty luck the motor is 1 piece. Based on driving habits posted, I'd be inclined to think it'd be ok.

Regardless of the outcome, at least you'll know to double check everything after the car leaves the shop. Thats just being a responsible owner.

I understand enough to know that u can't blow ur motor if ur parked or if u dont hit boost while driving.....look up youtube videos of some turbo g's tracking there cars with no tune.....sorry but dont call bs if u dont fully understand the situation.....why was there no license?

And what ur also saying is there was in fact a license for uprev there correct? So vince at r/t was lying then? I have, and i can tell you it definitely wouldn't hang with a properly tuned 380rwhp car... But i have also lost my tune before, although i don't think i lost the actual license. It happened after having the battery disconnected for several days. Not saying what you are claiming isn't true just stating my experience.

Again, RT placed a call to Uprev to verify if this could be a result of the ecu being locked by PM ... Uprev verified that in fact no this is not indicative of a locked ecu with an Uprev license...
