Default IVT help

So I've got an '03 that's been built with the GTM Stg 1 turbo cams in it... but the other day when i was having the car tuned we ran into an issue with the IVT system. It wasn't working at all... we made changes all the to +/- 10* and there was no change in the graph. Just wondering if anyone has ran into this problem before. We've checked out the actuators and they work, so I'm thinking that maybe whoever put the heads back together used the wrong type of bolt to put the cam gears on or that possibly one of the seals got crushed when putting the covers on. Any help is welcome.

I assume you are talking about the VTC system. Sounds like you might have a leaky VTC sprocket if you solenoids checked out. Otherwise look at oil pressure, grounds, continuity tests on wires, etc......

Oil pressure looked good, but I haven't checked the actual plugs or wires running to the solenoids. I'll look into that, thanks.
