Boosted Performance 6765 g35 652hp/561tq at 22psi
added new info and higher horsepower
added my tq curve to the new run.
So here it is. I only did an hour on the dyno and I didn't get to max boost because i had a charge pipe blow off. My fault because i didn't have it tight enough but it required me to leave the dyno to get under the car to fix so i called it a night.

Intake temps started at ~80* in the beginning of the run and the highest i saw was 120*. I started at 18psi and did a couple pulls then adjusted fuel and pushed more boost. I upped the timing a little at 18psi and 20psi to help out the e85. I didn't advance them much though. When i got to 22psi I was pulling some fuel and playing with my boost controller. I was still low 11's and sometimes dipping down below 10.8 so i have more fuel to pull out. At 22psi i did a few pulls to get the fuel correct then i advanced the timing 1* before deciding to just move on up to higher boost. I was about 10* timing at peak tq and then up to only 13* timing at 22psi. Plenty of timing left.
Well the next pull at 26psi a charge pipe blew off because i didn't have it tightened down well from the dyno 2 weeks ago when i had to remove it to change out my boost controller lines. I had to take the car off the dyno so at this point I called it a day. I'll be heading back soon though. I'm planning on taking it all the way to 30psi since that's what i can see on my map sensor. I also will advance the timing to optimize e85 use.
This dyno looks really bad up top and i'm not sure why. After looking through all my runs they were normal then started getting worse like this towards the end of all my pulls. I'm going to take a guess and say the abuse on my os giken twin disk has brought it to the end of it's life. It was pretty thin back in august when i had the engine out but i decided to keep using it. That's the only thing that can explain that weird presentation. If anyone else has thoughts please let me know. That's what the shop owner thought could have been the issue also.
Sorry i don't have boost or a/f reference. I'll screen shot my logs of these runs (i labeled them) and you can see what rpm and boost i was at on each pull. I'll also show my timing logs so if anyone wants to review it.
You can check my profile on here for a list of the mods to the car. I'm heading to a professional boxing fight tonight so i won't be home until late. I probably won't check this thread until tomorrow though.
EDIT:
So jon at ET Tuning sent me the drp files and i was looking through them. Since i didn't trust the tach signal (it was having issues) i decided to log them based on wheel speed since that can't be messed with and alter my graphs. When i was doing that i found 2 more runs that apparently he never saw with more power. I put it in STD correction with 0 smoothing (because that's what i see on here the most of to compare).
So the new power is 652. I'm having him email me the tq runs so i can put those together as well.
Also, the blue line i have highlighted is my second pull. My first pull never has the cams working so i did a back to back pull. This is at 18psi with my timing set the same as I had it with my pumpgas map. I had not yet messed with 18psi timing levels.
607hp on 18psi and it appears my clutch wasn't slipping bad but it could have still been slipping slightly.
edit: for anyone wanting to know rpm or whatever this is a 6mt, 4th gear pull with 26.5" rear tires on the 3.5 final drive.

The 18psi pull had about 14* timing at max rpm which is what i was running on my pumpgas map. I didn't have a chance to advance it any to optimize e85. I probably will be running closer to 20* timing for e85 once i spend time on the map. So yes, i ran that timing on pumpgas (93). It should produce "similar" results but the e85 has more cooling at the cylinders so exhaust temps will be cooler and might be more efficient. Rpm was messed up on this dyno so my first pull with 18psi wasn't properly recorded (it said i had almost 800hp) but last week i did 535/540tq at 18psi on this same map with a mustang dyno.

Too bad about the clutch Jeff. I just did a bit of looking around, and it seem to be a typical clutch slip graph...hope you get something that will hold well.
Makes you wonder if the clutch had held if you would have hit 700 at 22psi, if not it would have been close for sure.

Thanks guys. The fight was good. My new patient won. Still undefeated heavyweight pro.
I'm probably going to rebuild this OS giken for 800$. Seems to be the most economical thing to do. Thought about Cass's carbon clutch but the OS has served me good.

I am sure it would not continue to climb at that rate, but even if the increase went to half after 6k..it would still be a solid number.
