Similar setup from BP, on a built motor at 14PSI after momentum headers. Plenty of room just needed more fuel.
Similar setup
TN setup, maxxed out on pump with stock manifolds.

Call Hal @ Dynosty, he has a lot of experience with the BP mid mount turbo kit, momentum kit, and tn as well. From what Ive been told on his dyno 450 seems to be the magic number on DE manifolds. Thats why during my build i went with a set of Momentum headers.

Yeah, stock headers seem to be a major choke point.
Anyways, awesome work so far man. Funny, I'm following your pics on instagram, you do some great work! Def sub'd for this. Good luck man!

I worked on the Intercooler last night and it turned out to fit very well. The core is from ETS which are the only cores. They are quite heavier than regular cores and can make serious power. With 3.5" thick this fmic will handle 700hp no problem. On to some pics. As you can see, I made a whole new bumper support and the intercooler is part of it. I felt it would make things way easier in the future if I just made it as one piece. Plus it makes the intercooler super rigid. Bumper cover needs no cutting at all.
These next pics shows the inlet and how tucked up the pipe is after the bumper is on. Pipe does not hang lower than the bumper I'm starting to love my car all over again!!

I am going to let Hal create the thread. He has taken many HQ pics through the process and can better explain everything that was done, etc. It should be coming up soon. Did run into one issue. The tranny that I had went out on me after tuning on pump. Engine was making great power. We had just bought the e85 to go in, then the tranny started making noises. Got a new CD009, dropped motor, put in tranny, engine going back in. I promise results will be here soon!
OP, keep up good work man! You're welding is amazing

Nice setup. Have any more pics of the turbo placement? it looks similar to the APS single area.
The only downfall i see so far is for people running a large return system. That cross over pipe is right where all the fuel lines run for a dual rail setup go. You can re-route the lines elsewhere but if you already have a setup that means you have to buy new custom lines which is expensive.
