More turbo kit options (all new kit from BP)
amazing. Shorter piping routes than before and less pieces to assemble.
I see an upgrade in my future when i change to the 6266 turbo.
The only thing i would need to address is if my stage 3 CJM fuel system hard line will be in the way since it comes out right where the turbo sits then goes over the trans. I'm sure it could be an easy fix around that turbo though.

I managed to get the down pipe tacked up, looks very good IMO:




Thanks for all the support, and the PM's about buying the first kit. I would like to complete this kit first, before I commit to selling it.
I have to figure out where the scavenge pump will be mounted, and the wastegate routing/configuration....have a couple of PTE 46mm gates on the way. I will also have to build an extra exhaust hanger that will probably mount to the back of the transmission, so that it holds the weight of the turbo. Would rather not have the headers holding it up there alone.
Also got the flex pipe in there as well as V-band connection. This will help when it comes to shipping...keeping the piping section shorter saving a few $$ with smaller boxes.

Sasha not to thread jack but I need to know about that Billet 76mm turbo. I just got off the phone with Hal and we are doing more fuel and E85 and hopefully a bigger snail once I get this new Haltech installed.

QSV will NOT work on divided header systems. They work on a single header input system going into a divided housing only. It diverts all the exhaust into one scroll at first for fast spool. With separate chambers going to separate scrolls the valve would just close off one entire exhaust bank which means bad news.
The original BP kit with a twin scroll turbo would be perfect for a QSV setup.
