Little Update on my 4.15L Twin PT67 Build... Dyno #'s!
As most of you know, this build has been going on for a long time. I have had a lot of issues which I am sure everyone can relate to. I finally decided to send everything to Dynosty and have them work it all out and make it right.
I decided to post this just to give an update. There will be a proper thread with all specs, pictures, dyno plots, and videos in the near future!
As for the numbers...
At around 30psi on e85 it was making over 850rwhp & 750ftlbs on Dynosty's Dyno Dynamics Dyno (Talk about alliteration).
However, at these numbers my Exedy triple disc carbon clutch was slipping pretty badly. So that means no higher. But, I was really just shooting for 800+ without race gas. I could make more on ethanol if I replaced the clutch, but the motor would have to come out again and the cost of that plus the clutch would be terrible. So, I am going to dial it down to wastegate pressure (~14 psi and 600+rwhp) and enjoy it. It has been too long.
The Kenne Bell boost-a-pump that I have is getting really hot since it was made to power 1 fuel pump and not two. This issue is going to be sorted out and the tune is going to be cleaned up then I can finally get her back on the road!
Once the tune is completed I will post the dyno plot and try to get some vids!
Oh yeah, the motor is running awesome. No leaks or problems what so ever. I can't be more happy! I never thought this day would come haha.
Basic Specs:
BC 4.15L Stroker Sleeved VQ
Custom Twin SFR PT67 Turbo kit
ID2000s
CJM Twin Pump Hanger
Exedy triple disc carbon
Cosworth Plenum
Haltech Pro Full Replacement ECU
Here is the last pic of the car that I have:

Thanks guys, I really appreciate it. It's been a long time coming. Just excited to get her back on the road!
I am anxious to see yours Ray. You know where we are heading when you come down here.... and it's not the track :P
I was never able to find the actual rating of the triple disc. I think the twin disc was around 600-700. But not exactly sure. And yep, the headers have to come off to get the tranny out. This is what happened the first time I went to get tuned lol. My old tranny bit the dust, so it all came back out to put in a CD009
Haha, Hal is too awesome of a driver. I need a lot of seat time before that. Maybe he can race his own times in each car! lol
Haha! I know I sure bug the hell out of them all of the time :P
I will get some vids and pics as soon as I can man!! Trust me, I will be driving it as much as I can!
Thanks man! Well, I always had the stroker kit. Before that I just had a stock block. I ended up swapping/changing everything except the stroker block as time went ha.
