Every engine is different. That's just below 100hp increase on that car depending the condition of your motor. I'm going to guess being a 2005 it probably has higher mileage than most. On top of that if you have belt slip then the boost would be lower. For 7psi in that heat and humidity your HP number is spot on with 91 octane fuel. Normally it should be around 9psi so with a 2 psi bump you should be mid/upper 300's. Could be a belt slip or a leak somewhere. Also, make sure he is revving the engine out. You make max boost at max rpm and that is also where max HP is. If he is stopping at say 6300 instead of 6600 then it will lower the boost and peak numbers considerably.
Post a dyno sheet so we can see what is going on.

sooty guys haven't been hable to upload a pic of the dyno I don't have a resource to a computer I've been using my phone to log in. so far I found a crack on my kinetix V+ intake pletnum (don't ever buy it it's not worth the 300) so I replaced it with my oem on and now I've been seen close to 10psi on my gauge and the weather it's been around 110 degrees since I live in the desert but so far my car feels better even though I'm gonna have to get re-tune since I'm getting more psi. tomorrow in gonna be working on the custom idler pulley for the belt slip I don't think I have one but just in case I do.
