You cant start it and let it idle without a base map just to see if you have oil leaks? that sucks...I guess you got your intake pipes..any issues getting them to fit especially around the power steering pump lines?? Glad to hear your getting close bro.

Still no intake pipes. I am having it towed home after the tune. And I know I can idle it, but keep in mind the waste gates will not be attached. I guess they want to be safe.
At this point I dont see a major issue getinf the pipes to fit. Do you have the pipes? Maybe I can borrow yours?
yea, I have them. I was looking for a shop around here to fab them up but didnt really find any. I guess I could send them up to you, I wont really need them for a while.

Sweet. Obviously I will pay for shipping both ways. But yeah if you find a shop in your area that can fab them up that would be cool. Where are you?
Soho said yes on fabrication. No price unless they see what it all entails. But its like what 4 pipes total I believe? 2 pipes on each side from the turbo to the filters.
Yes. Those are them. I contacted greddy again to verify pricing just in case they came down from the 600 I was quoted
ok cool, I can help you out bro. When I go back this weekend I will dig them up and bring them back to Charlotte. I will get up with you to work out the details later through pm.

Making intake piping really isn't that bad at all. You should be able to just buy the material and make it yourself. Just get some silicone couplers, a buddy who can weld and spend the day at it.

I wish it were that easy. I dont have any friends that weld, and in order to take it to a shop that fabs stuff it would be a very very ling haul.
update: The car is being towed to the tuner on saturday. They wll be fixing the wastegate relocaion tubes, making new intake pipes, and checking everything over prior to tuning. They will also be installing my guages and making me a custom oil catch can set up.
