Are you referring to my V3 setup with the 928M Impeller?

I would not be happy with a tuner that cut me 700 rpms short. These engines don't produce significant power (especially on a s/c) in low rpm range so your effective area under the curve is greatly reduced by not using all the rpm you can. You would have a far better power curve if he pulled some timing and extended the rpms to the normal redline so you can hold power longer. Plus what are you going to do when you get the card back? are you going to know to shift exactly at 5900 rpms? no

What tires are on the car? If they said your tires were slipping they didn't strap the car down properly or it's clutch slip they see on the dyno graph and not tire slip. I was able to do pulls up to 540hp/560tq with hard crappy all weather avon 245 tires on stock rims so if you have any performance tires (even in stock width of 245) they shouldn't slip on the dyno. Any later tuning I did with high hp I used my drag radials but the dyno eats drag radials very fast so I wouldn't recommend it.

Yeah im still waiting for the actual tuner to give me a call. I got the email from the desk guy there. I emailed them again last night and got an email saying " the car was becoming limited A/F range wise" and he would let the tuner explain it more to me. I dont want to be limited to the 5900 at all. I want to rev it to atleast 63-6400rpm like i was before the upgrade. I do know that they are still not 100% finished with the tuning so hopefully they do something about it.

Yes. How much torque would you have gone for before your engine gave in?

I made 440/400 before my engine gave in.

Don't want to thread jack, but you can refer to my build thread for further details:

I wanted to apologize to the OP. I didn't mean to go off topic. Great numbers by the way.

Are you still pushing 14psi of boost on your stock block?

just for comparison for OP...

Im on a dynojet also in SAE format on a V2 SI 3.25 pulley with cams, headers, and Art tp's. I just retuned last week because I swapped my exhaust out from Ark Grip to MD TDX2. No more rasp or hissing sound that the Ark exhaust produced becuase of their pos x pipe.

Little update, I was finally able to pick the car up on monday morning. Only bad thing was, it rained all day and i had to fly back to Afghanistan the same day. I wasnt really able to get into it, except for a few places here and there. One thing i can say is, its a night and day difference in power compared to before the SI up grade. Third, fourth, and fifth pull like crazy! I wasnt even punching it, but just rolling into the throttle and it pulls like no other. The rev is set to 6400, im making right at 11psi and making around 436/390 right now. Im really happy with the upgrade. She is now sitting pretty in my driveway waiting for me to come back. Car still has a few tweaks to be made via the tuner, but he said he would come to my house to adjust my issues for free. I live about 1.5 hour away from the shop. I want to give a huge shout out to CIN Motorsports in Charlotte, NC. Car has come a long ways thanks to them! Here is a picture of her before i had to leave to catch my flight.

Thanks, im glad the car is finally together and pulling hard. I picked this thing up as a rolling shell and had to put a lot of stuff into it. I cant wait to get home and see what it can do, id be happy just to go home and do a full detail on her. Z is pretty dirty from the transformation. I will be sure to give a good review of the upgrade when iget back, along with some videos.
