Is it missing the vacuum port on top? Or is it just removed?

I got this as a replacement but was never needed after the fact. It comes just as shown. Parts can be ordered from tial if you need vacuum port or flange.

The BOV itself is up for sale. I will call TiAl Monday to check the price on the o ring flange and vacuum port.
