Got the passenger side turbo assembly on…much easier than the drivers side. Laid out the intercooler duct work and it looks like I am a little off and will need a few extensions on the ducts to connect the compressors and the intercooler.
dropped the engine back in place and will tighten everything down over the next few days.

We usually just weld that elbow on.

7 months aint nothing, I am going on 3 years and I know others have gone longer. Then again, the car has been running for the past 3 years but I have been tweaking over and over, swapping turbos ect.
I would not recommend that unless you are willing to test fit and run solid mounts. Greddy does it on the Hr kit. I bought a set of turbos and manifolds from a user that had welded it all up. Needless to say they screwed it up and it was pressing against the car body. Manifold was cracked and a leak at the vband. I cut it back off and put a coupler back on and was GTG.

sounds funny, but the reflective insulation takes a few millimeters of space but makes fitting everything that much harder…greddy didnt leave much to tolerance…
+1 to having the elbows welded but I would too fit it FIRST with the couplers, on the block, with everything installed, mark it up and then have it welded…the way it sits leaves pretty much nothing to error - especially on the passengers side with the intake and the PS tubing…not to mention my #8 return hose...cluster...
I'm assuming you mean the 3 bolt flange between the turb housing and the header?
no, but I bought all new 10.9 hardware for those (IIRC) I chopped the heads off, sliced a flathead screwdriver slot and screwed them in first, then nut'd it together…7 months allowed me to do a informal dry-run of everything so I had an idea of what I was up against. assembled the headers and the turbine housing on the work bench, installed on block, then clampped the compressors on...

ah ok. I was assuming you installed the header and then the turbo to the header. It is easy once you do it. Its nice to be able to pull the turbos without pulling the motor or anything special.
I had to make custom tools to get to the 3rd nut (used studs and nuts). Spent several days trying to access with crows feet, shorties, u-joint ect. Welded up a 3/8 drive socket on an old offset 10mm box wrench, worked like a champ.
I like fewer couplers as well. Greddy definitely used more couplers than I wanted.

Everything but the compressor housing & chra…wasnt too bad if you lifted the engine up a few inches and removed the mount. I didnt follow greddy's stud schedule…was impossible to install how they said…but did get 6 in on each side...

i followed the schedule and had to grind one of them down for housing clearance.
for as much work as you have done, pulling the motor is only a few more bolts (gotta habe hoist and ling enough garage) but it makes installing the headers and turbos a breeze. you can check all the gasketed surfaces for sealing and saves your knuckles and forearm. i wish i could have pulled my motor to swap my turbos.

ahhh crap…well, got the pump switches in and functioning as intended and (attempted) the start…wasnt good but wasnt bad either…
I pulled the fuel pump fuse and started the car as normal to build up oil pressure…pretty straight forward…plugged the fuse back in and started the car. The car, mostly, would crank one turn only…a few times it cranked over multiply times but did not fire-up…
I'm not sure if this is a function of a weak battery (I used my pickup truck battery) so I think this is the a problem. I have a normal battery, but I 'gave' to my girlfriend bc hers crapped out a few weeks back…I will get it back here shortly.
I heard my fuel pump turning so I don't think the fuel pump is the issue…
I am going to get my battery back and get it on my battery charger and continue to try to start it - luckily I have the weekend to trouble shoot. It hasnt run for 8 months so I gotta be patient with it.
Has anybody had a similar issue? any possible solutions?

You know you have a point…the battery has no problem firing up the truck but last spring I did have some problems that Interstate Battery 'serviced' under warranty…the gf gets back tomorrow and I can try the z battery and/or her replacement battery. thanks for the response...

Headed over to walmart with the girlfriend and bought her a battery for her murano. Hooked it up to the z and it cranked the engine very strong…like it should with a new battery. Without the fuel pump fuse in, I cranked it for about 15 to 20 seconds…replaced the fuse and went in for the real-deal…
the car cranked for a full second and fired up pretty quick…faster than I'm used to with the supercharger. I was pretty excited to have it going…I let it run for only 10 to 15 seconds and shut it down to give the engine bay a look over…everything looked good and I started it again. I removed the air filters so that I could verify (intake)air charge...got it going and started inspecting the engine bay…everything looked good, the turbos were pulling air as I would expect.
I have a issues with my tuning where my idle is a little rough and will fluctuate between 600rpm and 1800rpm…I've been all over the haltech forum for solutions and I will dig into this once things settle down. I believe my oil pressure is good and oil flow is good aswell.
Here's where my life is gonna be a little stressful…So, I wrapped and sprayed my headers and my test pipes…so once they heat up they burn off the spray and cause some smoking … I have an idea of what the smoke looks like and smells as I wrapped my bikes headers/downpipe. I also think that the amount of reflective heat wrap on/around the engine will create some burn-off these first few runs...
