it's nice to see that you layed out the intercoolers to fit the factory G35 front fascia. Are you guys going to possibly offer an alternative FMIC setup for those G35 owners that get a Top Secret or Greddy front fascia with one large opening?

Also, what's the timeframe on the kit looking like?

Stress tests? Dyno sheets? Engine management? How many of these are on the road? Any blown engines?
Sound familiar AJ?

Considering the kit isn't even developed yet, you might want to wait on that. As blown engines go, check out ATI procharger threads, I think they have some.

Yes the Intercooler kit will be available seperately.

The kit will be finished within the next few weeks, by finished (tuned and dynoed).

AJ--before you unleash another half-completed turbo kit onto the 350 Z people, perfect the Spec V one. You already have one blown engine which you refuse to accept responsibility for and are misleading V owners about horsepower levels and reliability.
Be careful here, 350Z owners are a different demographic than Spec V owners.

You have a lot of nerve starting over here after wrecking someones Spec V inside and out and claiming no responsibility at all.

Do you have to grind the alternator for this kit like the Spec V kit??

After a customer comes to our shop, signs our NO LIABILITY waiver and agrees that if we do a custom turbo kit his car could blow up. We told him from the start numerous times, if you want to do this, an undetermined newer motor or any motor for that matter has a chance to blow up.

Now DSpec, without all the facts your kind of walking in the dark, we told him as well that if we would have blew it up due to bad tuning on our part something that reflected on us we would have paid for it. If you scroll through this section you'll see a few Z's have blown up because THEY chose to put the Turbo or Supercharger kit on their car assuming all liability on their part.

If you would like to resume this off-topic chat, you can call us, you can e-mail us, or you can private message me.

On Topic now, our G35 is about to start up, we will be firing it up this week, and hopefully dynoing it next week or the week after. Sorry for the delays, I'll get some new pictures up here.

One thing I'd like to point out is that, there will be a MAF sensor, it is one of the last processes we take to complete the kit because the adapter has to be CNC'd and it is not made in house.

You did not market the Spec V kit or the 350 kit as CUSTOM applications. You are marketing them as KITS which implies that they are tested and proven. AJ--you aren't being fair to people.

You took the opportunity to develop YOUR turbo kit on someone else who assumed ALL of the risk. Good idea--have a kid sign a waiver and then do your R&D with absolutely no risk to you. He even paid you for all of the components so you didn't assume any cost from that end either.

After it was installed, even before it blew up, you started marketing it as a proven kit with dyno numbers. This was misleading advertising.

I am posting here about this because people require information prior to considering purchasing your 'kit'. I couldn't stand by and watch these people get enthused without the benefit of some background. YOu know it was going to happen before people started to move toward paying.

Consider it a favour to you--prove yourself with this kit. Forget about the other incident and you'll have a booming business.

Bottom line is--put some vehicles on the road before you go on all the Boards. R&D is best done PRIOR to selling kits for a handsome price.

Prove me and the rest of the NIssan community wrong. This is your chance. Please do it.

While I appreciate any reviews or complaints as to the various parts manufacturers who post here, please post them somewhere else on the board. I'm sure the members would like to be informed about any prior experiences, but please don't hijack this thread to do so.

Ahhh, gotta love the internet. Such a big world, but such a small one. If it is nothing that you did wrong then why not talk about it in public? Only guilty people hide. Thanks for the heads up bro. <M>

Chatter theres a time and place for everything, I prefer keeping our informational threads on-topic, now if you were to create a question style posting in an off-topic manner and presented it more professional rather then illogical and assumptious we would consider responding. However chatter, we did respond via PM to clear up some of the confusion this customer was seeing. Dspec if your questions haven't been answered give us a shout 505 250 7615
