i lack reading comprehension? Im not bashing a shop for not helping a guy sue a company in which he didnt actually file any case. And then pretty much agree with the person they are arguing with.

F's sake Eric, get over it. Ernie's car was like a decade ago. The guy and the car has been out of the scene before like 90% of the ppl in the thread even joined my350. I think Ashton has his old kit, did like 2 builds and even he isnt an active member anymore. Thats how long ago that was.

There was a mileage discrepancy with the transporter. We all saw the the slip when it was posted a million years ago.

Tim dont feel too special...He bashed me quite a bit back in the day, in fact went well out of his way to flame me every chance he got. And in the end, it turns out he was wrong with 99.999% of his character assassinations.

 

started over on the valve cover..still needs some trimming...trying to replicate SP cover pictured...will be black chromed like enkei sbc wheels...

radiator plate will be polished and sbc as well...underlay will be gold so it shows around the edges and holes

 

The first engine cover appeared"boxy" to me so I had Tim make another cover...it will be black chromed like the enkei SBC wheels.

 

That looks much better than the previous one.

Just a suggestion for your front timing cover. You have that unused bolt hole an studs. Cover the hole with your remote coolant filler neck bracket and remove the studs and put in the gold hardware.

Hardware is sick, where did you get it?

 

Actually, the studs ARE coming out and a gold hex bolt will hold down the cover and hold a rubberized clamp on each side, for the catch can line to stay in place.

 

I;m thinking of installing blue fender washers/SS bolts for effect around the engine cover..i decided the center washer has to go....I may stick with 6 total washer/bolts or just do the corners (4)...First it has to go out for black chroming.

 

I heard one case where someone claimed their coil packs overheated and stopped working when they installed aluminum covers (no vents) over the valve covers. Don't know what the chances are of that happening but adding vents in that cover might be something to consider.

 

I don't want to go with drilling holes...well maybe if I could think up a nice design..TKS FOR THE INFO!

 

took advice..had Tim mark some holes for heat escape/looks..I like the larger holes but need to be evenly spaced with washers...

 

started to wrap the trunk/w/m/baterry box with polished SS....1ST pics...gotta do strutbar and speakerbox too....
