Default need some help

Not trying to jack this thread but looking for some input. I just installed my v3 kit and have about 1 200 miles on it and it's running Strong. The build consisted of:
Vortech v3 tuner kit, 3.12 pulley, mishimoto oil cooler and catch can, cmj stage 0 fuel return, 600cc dw injctrs, 1 step cooler plugs, 255lph fuel pump, plenum spacer, long tube headers, borla exhaust, up Rev maf, up Rev Osiris tune and still using 91oct pump gas.

We made 402whp and 347 lbs tq on 8 psi on what the tuner said was a "safer" tune.

I would like to up these numbers and make more power under 2 scenarios.

1). Not changing internals, re-tuning and pushing harder on the tune. what does everyone think would be the max to push with or without any other mods I could do?

2). If I have exhausted my options for base mods and need to replace internals and build the motor what is everyone's input on parts and manufacturers to get better numbers keeping cost in mind. I don't have a cap on budget but always looking for best bang for buck.

Sorry for lengthy post just trying to provide as much info as I can.

Thanks everyone.

Default Project Complete

Stop the timer! One year, 2 months, 1 week, and 5 days. The project is finally done.
It's not "out of this world" impressive, but I ended up with a very safe tune since I'm limited by 91 octane.
It has no timing advance...he kept it right around 17 degrees.
I was hoping for a lot more peak torque, but at least it's flat and I know it'll last some hard road racing.
It has more potential but I can't go any higher unless I step up to a Haltech and run e85 flex fuel.

Here's the results:

Congrats on completing your build! I was expecting a bit more torque with all the parts you have but nice numbers none the less!

Here's a graph with my tune before the motor blew compared to now. The old dyno doesn't have boost recorded, but it was about 11psi at 6600rpm previously.

Those two runs are almost identical to one another except that the new one extend further out. You are running the upgraded SI impeller and your newer crankshaft pulley is bigger than OE, correct? It surprises me that you are making slightly less or same amount of boost, perhaps due to the pressure loss from the much larger FMIC.

We ended up sticking with the stock crank pulley and downgrading from the 3.12 to the 3.33 pulley. That's why the boost is the same.

That explains it. What was the reason you decided to downgrade to the 3.33? Are you trying to achieve a higher peak # by extending your power curve?

BTW, any idea how your peak IDC looks like? Curious to see since my readings seems whack and i'm running almost the same setup as yours with an RFS.

Not intentionally, but I"m glad that's how it turned out. I chose the Kinetix intake over sticking with Motordyne because I wanted to shift as much power into the 5500-7000 rpm range and was willing to give up some in the 4000rpm area. We dropped down to the 3.33 pulley when the engine started acting up to prevent it from pinging. When they rebuilt the motor the 2nd time they just stuck with the 3.33 again. We might up to 3.12 again if/when I get that $Haltech$

Didn't even think to ask. He would have mentioned if my injectors were nearing peak. Feel free to ask Rob next time you talk to him.

Nice to see you up and running again. I saw your car last few times I was at Rob's. I was wondering when it was going to be ready!

Are you running the stock cog or did you go with the 34/28?

Great numbers with just 91 octane!
