Default Greddy TT blow off valve question

There seems to be some debate in my reading about what is the best blow-off valve for the MAF equipped turbo kits. I want to add a BOV to the Greddy TT kit but I was looking for input on placement on the intake tube and what brand seems to work the best for response and daily driving. I have been looking at the Greddy Type-S, HKS, and Blitz models. Any others?

Apparently Greddy says the kit does not need one but I wanted to put one on for a little extra safety.

What is the importance of recirculation with the BOV? I have seen quite a few that vent direct to the outside.

Put the bov before the MAF and your good to go. The ecu is not going to spray fuel for air that the sensor never sees.

Where else could it be but on the intake pipe from the intercooler up to the throttle body? That's where it is in stock form.

hahahaha stock form? Ok the engine is NA in stock form so thats a joke to say its placed in the IC pipes stock. The earlier Z TT's had the MAFS before the turbo (just like all other stock MAFS turbo cars) My SR20DET has the MAFS BEFORE the turbo, friends EVO, Talon, Mx6, and MR2 also have this configuration. That is why when the factory BOV recirculates it goes in after the MAFS but before the turbo(on SR engines anyways) The problem with MAFS being placed in the IC pipes is the pipes cannot change diamater otherwize it could throw calculation off(of so I have been told). The good thing with putting it in the (cold pipe as us SR guys have come to call it) is that you can blow off atmospherically with out running rich thus resulting in our discussion. I was impressed that greddy opted to do that especially when not running a BOV with the kit.

Cliffnotes : factory cars run the MAFS on pre turbo non pressurized pipe.

To clarify.....there is very little room to put the BOV on the greddy tt kit in any other location than in the driver front lower corner....closest possible to the throttle body. And when I say that's where the MAF is in stock form....that is where it is ...the MAF is about 18" before the throttle body in NA form. This is where the MAF stays for the Greddy kit....for simplicity and no unecessary hacking of the wiring harness.
