you are no where near maxing the injectors at 500whp on E85. Why are you running 60psi base? That makes no sense. Back off to 43psi and I bet you have way more injector duty.

Do i get the Blackops / FID stainless Bosch IV14 1200cc or 1400cc injectors and push more fuel at it? Tuner also said before i changed wastegate vac lines that back pressure was an issue but i changed according to this.

from Two port connection Method (2) (For obtaining maximum boost pressure on your turbo system)
to Two port connection Method (1) (For controlling boost on a turbo system with high back pressure)
as was getting boost spike...

any suggestions on injector size and other tips? OP hope the pdf helps you out on the back pressure.. i only got a 460 to 500Hp using 98 pump from pump to e85 ..

More base fuel pressure will allow injectors to flow more. You will be pump limited at the upper end. I agree there should be more left in a 1000cc injector at 500 whp (DJ). At 80 psi the fuel pump may be the weak link. Getting 1300cc injectors (recommend ID), you can lower the base fuel pressure and let the pumps work better.

I am going next week to pick up my new dual 3 inch exhaust and play with adding some extra meth to the tune to see what kind of numbers that I can put down. If this does achieve 600whp than I will have some 1300cc injectors installed and have the car tuned for e85. Per my tuners suggestion, I add an 1/2 plenum spacer to help intake air flow. He state that he improved boost effectiveness by using this mod on turbo cars.

It can be done, ac works... Precision T4 76mm..3.5" dp 4" exhaust

Something else else you can try other than exhaust too and being cost efficient, look at the SoundPerformance's cutout

Not sure if its been mentioned, but teflon(PTFE) fuel lines are recommended...generally...good luck!

Btw, hello Raj and Rich

Also, My current exhaust was piecemeal together with an powerlab pipe, homemade reversed y and a cheap ebay exhaust. I am looking forward to an better sounding exhaust with better flow but without so much rasp. I am looking at an open dump from the wastegate to free up some flow as well.
