Basically he says something mechanical is wrong with the car, because on a base tune from another single turbo z should of produced way more power. More than 260 obviously. From what I understood he said for fi you don't normally add timing you retard it. And I just asked him about what my afr was because its not on the dyno sheet
get that ****ing service engine light taken care of for 02 sensors. Before my 6 speed i had an auto with a headerback true dual exhaust and it idle'd like **** because of that code, got 02 simulators = Praise jesus purred just how a 350 is supposed to. That code is not to just there for show it will change how your engine runs b/c of the ecu!

mine was tuned by xact dyno in tempe. things has been great. another shop is srd but then only work on builds and doesnt do in house tuning i dont think. so if it is "mechanical" which i dont think it is, SRD can take care of it for ya. call xact dyno and book an appointment. theyll get things done for ya
His tuner said " pay me a few more hunnets and I get dat three fiddy running like an na because I enjoy tuning turbo cars to run no better then an na..."

I went to Xactdyno in Tempe Tim actually was the one trying to help me figure it out
"10 degrees missing"
"tuned like its na"
but...
"he is a reputable tuner so tune is out of the question"
LOL.
If you don't have a dynosheet with AFRs and boost, you are out of luck trying to get an Internet fix. Better yet, what did your reputable tuner have to say?
