haltech stand alone can up your idle and remove your rev limit. Its a great choice for ecu.

You need an ecu and a good tuner.

Also you need to get rid of all that crap on your car.

I like the crap on my car lol, to each there own.

I am going to be getting in talks with dynosty and strongly looking into the haltec having them install/tune.
