Default ATI Procharger Help

I'm having issues with the main cog belt rubbing against the pulley. I tried adjusting it so many different ways but it's rubbing against the pulley. The friction is damaging the pulley and the belt.

Has anyone had this issue? How do it fix it.

I'll post pics up

Its because the tension is too tight. The procharger is very finicky about that. too loose and you get belt slip and it eats pullies. Too tight and the tensioner gets angled and this happens. If you could find a way to brace the outside end of the tensioner bolt it would definitely fix this problem. Other than that just be very careful with tightening it.

I straighten out the tensioner with a washer and didn't make it to tight. It still wants to rub on that pulley. It's krazy

Take the pulley off. Then take the sleeve that sits behind it off. And lap both ends on some sand paper to make it 100% flat. I did and it helped mine a lot.
