totally different car with the kit, i did use the R4 that i ordered from splitsec.com for 20$, it is tuned via a labtop or a PC, whatever you install the software on, i use my labtop so i can use it in the car, good luck.

 

I too am learning about tuning the Vortech and have heard about the R4, but didn't know what it was. Thanks for clearing that up (I just checked out splitsec.com).

What I'd like to know is, does the SS box override the ECU, or do they work in conjunction with each other? Also, if I you were to get a TS flash, would that negate the need for the SS box?
