That is basically all top of the line parts. We can go up or down from there.

If you brought the whole car to us it would be around $10K which would include the labor for the motor pull and reinstall plus the complete teardown and reassembly of the motor.

Damn! I've already bought a bunch of parts from you guys to build up a new motor. I'm gonna have to put my car in a box and ship it to you guys Kyle can you pm me with some info for shipping my car to you guys if you have it. Since I didn't have my car for most of this year because of the custom paint job taking a while(the shop did a awesome job,it just took a while to get done), whats another 4-6 months without my car
Thanks-Jason

Kyle,

Thanks for clarifying, hope you didn't take offense to my summarizing what we've talked about on the phone in one sentence

I think that's just enough HP to make you go back in time.

We have a dual disc OS Giken clutch and so far the transmission has soon no signs of failing.

Kyle, what sort of engine buildup would you recommend if someone (like me) wanted to run at 10psi daily driven but no higher. Would forged rods be enough?

Seems like lower compression pistons would mean having to go above 10psi to get the benefits compared to 8-9psi at stock compression.

Hi kudos,

If memory serves, you should be using RON measurements to determine octane in your neck of the woods. Because nobody runs motor octane (MON) there, you can be assured that each time you fill up your tank with 97RON fuel, you're getting a different R+M/2 spec. It really depends on what components have gone into making the fuel. Each batch will be different. I can tell you that 97 RON does not NECESSARILY make 93 R+M/2, but 95% of the gasoline blends used to make 97 RON will leave you in the clear. I would not personally assume that the pump gas you can get is any better R+M/2 than US spec. If I were erring on the side of conservatism, I might even tune my new (very expensive and bada$$!) toy to 92 R+M/2, just to be on the safe side. Hope this was helpful. Gotta say while I'm here, good luck with the 600hp mark! Love those high numbers...

Any update here? How can these guys be running so high, but what some would consider normal ATI & Greedy TT installs are blowing up left and right.

Are you referring to High boost? If so it's because of forged internal, proper tuning + some other stuff..

The car should be dynoed again sometime this week with a JIC Y-Pipe and custom intake, maybe even RACE GAS....

Kudos, how does the car idle and start? Does the engine make a lot of noise when it's cold..due to the forged pistons? Give us an idea...thanks!

It was done on a dyno jet and was SAE corrected:

We will be going back for 600 on pump and to see what it will do on Race Gas
