Kudos to my buddy Andrew Rubio of Performance Motorsports at Westbury Nissan, Long Island, NY; for a phenomenal achievement

With the ATI FMU, my ZEE on the dynopack @ 364.9 last summer; and 7/22/2004 on the Mustang Dyno @ 344/348 whp. and today with the key combination of mods. alone (no FMU & A/F not tuned) 400/402 whp

Next phase: Install & tune engine management for A/F mix. and timing; maybe even a return fuel line and much larger injectors. Who knows what the genius has in store after all he did 10.8 in a recent quarter mile sprint in his own drifter.

Andrew also did a quarter mile dyno run on my Zee 12.570 @ 108.949mph

Happy Camper

Not bad... The key combination of mods must have been pretty significant to go from 364rwhp/2XXrwtq to 400rwhp/349rwtq

I know you said this was done on the stock 7lbs pulley but how much boost were you hitting? I hit 8.2 psi on the stock 7lbs pulley.

FMU and inline pump removed? How are you delivering fuel for 7psi?

Unfortunately, I did not take note of the precise boost levels; a variable that I would most certainly be curious about.

Upgraded to:
  • PE FPR
  • PE in-tank fuel pump
  • 380cc PE injectors

It is slightly rich but durable; tweaking the F/A to the twelves would be the next phase.

That is you TL; from the baker

Both the 348/295 and 400/348 were dynoed on the mustang; in fact we did 5 to 6 pulls each time. The highest readings were 403/402 during the first few runs, we picked the lowest reading.
