Talking Car runing great (UR TT) - **Warning 56k** HI-RES PICS

I had so many issues with the e-manage but with the help of some members every thing is A OK now. I thank you all

Quick review:

UR TT:
First let me tell you one thing The slip light came on when I was shifting at full throttle from 3rd to 4th The car keeps on giving more power.

I raced a Z06, but it was not fair because he hits the throttle without even letting me know that we will race (one of those A holes with his nose up in the air. I gave him thumbs up and he looked the other way) Anyway, after I put it in 3rd his car slows down very quickly , every time I start passing him he takes his foot of the throttle, anyway after two runs the guy gave me a funny look like WTF!!!!!!!!!

Another guy I know (drives a 2003 911 turbo) I took him for a ride, afterwards he said that he does not want to race and I quote “Its not fair to race a 911 turbo against a 350Z even if it had turbos” well looking how his eyes where wide open when he stepped out of the car was enough for me

UR Exhaust system: Sounds like a Porsche GT 2.

LM-1: I have been using this AFR meter and it has a very easy software. I’m logging AFR, RPM, Boost, TPS (Throttle position Sensor), IAT (Intake air temp.) and ECT (Engine coolant temp.) – you would ask why logging temps, well because of weather issues, its like 90F at night now a days - and it can playback, view AFR chart and you can export the information to an excel sheet. I have included a pic below of the screen but I will get a better pic at night.

Exedy clutch and flywheel: Overall, it’s a great mod. Drives like a charm, the car does not fell any different. One thing about it, is the sound at idle but you can fix this by increasing the RPM to 800 or around that. When my car was idling around 650 the car was making noise (from the clutch)

ACP Map: One word "Great". This map makes life so easy. I was worried about tuning the car but with this map… I tell yah it helped a LOT

Anyway, next I will install the Cusco LSD. For now enjoy the pics

Az

Unfortunately we don’t have any dyno’s down here, but let me tell you this I just came back and during my cruising I noticed a Suzuki 1000 (I think the guy said it was a 2002) and I decided to hit it after I saw that he pushed it a bit [he was in front of me, about 2 cars length] when I was about 1 car length, he really pushed it and the end of the road I was about two cars ahead of him …. His jaw dropped to the floor… My friend was with me in the car and he drives a Yamaha 2004 R1 he could not believe it… So anyway I went back home smoked a cigarette next to the car

That was about the nicest thing that happened to me with the Z.

Az

PS: I think I will take my car down to Bahrain (I’m going on a business trip) and check if they have dynos down there

Default Race update

I just raced two moded SS Holden. One was making according to the owner 400 plus HP at the wheel. I raced this guy and my car can't hold traction, any way by 3rd he pulled 1 car on me and if we do a roll start he pulls about 1/2 a car on me.

The thing with car he says its not FI but his engine says other wise it pulls like crazy when I hit 3rd. The other SS Holden, I toke him.

That was a fun day for me and the Z

Ok I met the guy today and he has NOS 100, I knew there was something wrong, but overall his car (in a straight line) is a killer

---------------------------

350craZy,

The car is Middle East specs and it combines all the options of 5 US specs Zs plus headlight washers (I converted that to IC water spray), finned differential, 2 row radiator plus some other differences. The price tag is US$40k

Thanks man

I will check with the dealer and let you know if they have it. If it’s on back order do you want me to order you one?

Yes, that's the LM-1 and it even logs boost from the GReddy pressure sensor, I figured out the volts vs. kPa and compared that to the reading from the e-manage and its a perfect match.
