Default Profec AUTO mode--PlEaSe HeLp!?!

so... i can't seem to switch my profec-e01 to auto mode at 6lbs of boost... i follow the setup instructions... as far as the settings, then WOT in 3rd gear 3-4 times... but the entire time the auto icon blinks, it doesnt register the setting, and it only runs 4.5 lbs.. so in the meantime i'm back on the manual mode and running 6lbs no problem...but would like to keep it on auto
ANY SUGGESTIONS???

What is your gain set at? It sounds like it is to low. Try increasing it a little at at time.

Try setting Gain to 15. If that doesn't do add 2 to the gain till you get there. Just take it slow and watch the boost. Start should be 2.8 psi less than what target is.

350zDcalb....30% in the manual mode is much too much. That will easiliy take you to 7psi or more...depending on the gear.

Try increasing the gain...and keep doing the WOT runs until the program light stops flashing. It may look like you never hit your target, but once its learned, it gets really darn close.

gq: i've watched it closley, its never gone above 5.9 lbs in the manual setting even at 30%...

could the altitude dampen this a little bit?
