Hope this helps!

I'm not 100% sure what is in the "FI" reflash besides timing is reduced via the reflash to the ECU which is safer because the ECU will not override any piggy back timing controls. Also the rev limiter is usually raised so you're not hitting the fuel cut at 8 or 9 psi. aletered atmosphere or technosquare would obviously have more info fot you.

I talk to TS today . They can flash for the Vortech up to 10 or 11lb's of boost . So we can get rid of the piggyback all together . They also said he can flash for up to 750 injectors

I believe the standard blower that comes with the G/Z kit is the SQ-Trim. Vortech can supposedly upgrade this to a T-Trim without too much trouble, but I have yet to hear of anyone doing it. There is one guy on maxima.org who had his upgraded, but he had some unrelated engine trouble so he hasn't had a chance to try it out yet. The T-Trim blower flows more cfm at the same boost level.

see sig for mods in addition to vortech. Next and last on the list is 2.87 pulley, crawford cast plenum, and ecu l-spec flash.

How many pounds of boost would this blower be cabable of?

Remember too that it's not necessarily the pounds of boost, but rather the cfm... for example (just making up numbers) some tiny turbo could produce 20psi but only move 500 cfm of air. A big turbo might move that same cfm at 10psi.

Booger - Let me know how this goes, I would be interested. My concern would be how accurate the A/F & timing are after the flash.

My thoughts were to flash for the Vortech , but leave the SS box in place for fine tuning only .TS flashes are not always right . So we could have it there just in case it isnt and for mods added later .

Booger,

What would you have to do to leave the piggy back on with this new flash. If the TS flash is right would you zero out the map or is there a standy moode?
