Default clicking/crackling sound ( auto tranny )

i keep hearing this clicking/crackling sound everytime i down shift. usually only when i downshift from 2nd to 1st, shifting to reverse or drive, starting up from a stop. (auto tranny)

everytime i go i will hear a *click* *click* sound from underneath the car and i don't know if its the tranny or the axle ( like ppl mentioned on G35driver, freshalloy )

the dealer says its ok...and i shouldn't be worried..but damn i don't wanna hear this coming from underneath my car.

anyone else got this problem?

I get that problem when my car is not moving.. when i'm on neutral. It would make a click sound and when that happens, it kinda shakes with the sound. Not very noticeable unless the car is still with the music off. Annoys the hell out of me.

Uhm if you hear a click while stopped and the car gently shakes once, that's your A/C compressor cycling (kicking on).
