Speedometer retrofit for G35C 6spd
Hi,
I'm new to this forum. I must say this forum is much more useful than G35.ca(sorry :|)
My question is, has anyone attempted to retrofit their 2004 and older G35C 6spd speedometer cluster with the 2005 cluster? IMO pre-2005 G35's have a really cheap looking speedo-cluster that doesn't really match the G. The 2005's cluster looks very classy and much improved in the esthetics department.
I've never tried a project like this, but I'd sure like to give it a shot. Any comments and suggestions welcome.
Thanks,
Groove

I really like the Nismo pod but I just can't justify the cost. Don't they go for like $600?
