Default Installed my Tein H.Tech Springs ...

I was not looking forward to this one, but it turned out to be rather easy.

Luckily, I have access to my fathers 4 bay shop with a 2 post lift and a few giant toolboxes full of tools. The entire install took about 2 hours including a short break for some taco's in between. One thing that shortened the install was on the front, instead of fighting the suspension to get the strut out, I just took apart the upper A-Arm and it pops right out. Grant it, I need to get it aligned now, but oh well.

WARNING

This may go away, but the rear has some camber issues. From bottom to top they slant outside in. I thought maybe this would go away, but it hasn't after an entire day of hard turning and speed bump test. I will let the dealer align it tomorrow and see if it can be fixed but I doubt it. Anyone else know about this? I researched these springs on the forums and nobody else mentioned this, which is why I went with TEIN.

Pictures can be seen at my gallery on the last couple pages. The first pages are pre-mod: Pictures Here

You are going to need to pick up a set of adjustable camber arms.

They make a huge difference
I have the SPC arms and love them

Damnit!

I searched high and low on these forums about camber issues and nobody mentioned them with the H.Techs, only the S. Techs.

If I would have known I had to get camber arms I would have got the S.Techs.

errrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

my rears were adjusted back into specs. no problem. my fronts however, 0.8 being the outer limit, i'm running 1.0 so no big deal for me. i think. it's been 18 months since install.

When you say adjusted ... do you mean you took it to an alignment shop?

Same here...and that's with the S-Techs. I got mine aligned a week after the install so the springs could settle.

Awesome. I'll get it aligned when I go to get a nail taken out of my tire :-)
