Hood, trunk... but a wing adds weight

Swap whatever you can in other words for cf.

bucket seats, cf as mentioned above, remove back seats, spare tire, jack, door panels, and audio system. While you're at it may as well do the carpet and engine cover.

the front seats definitely weigh a ton . . . each.

I would start with that heavy *** midpipe. Get a coupe mid pipe. Next would be some 18" 18lb 350z track wheels. Hood really isn't that heavy. For what its worth, the sedan is lighter than the coupe.

+1 on the coupe middy and Z track wheels, pair the lightwieght rays wheels with some light tires and you'll lose some good rotational mass, maybe some light weight CF racing seats for the front. Only other way to lose weight would be to gut it.

but seriously..

do the front seats.. they are like 100+ lbs each..
and also the sedan midpipe.. and end-pipe
+ the spares and jack

you should have taken away almost 300 lbs
