I think it's Dubai because if you look carefully in the backround of one of the pictures you'll see that the curb has red stripes painted kinda like bump strips on a race track. They do that in Dubai. Plus, it makes a lot of sense to test the AC system in a place like Dubai which will see 120F and 100% humidity during the summer.

the interior looks exactly like my dads M. i like it all except the back looks odd to me. the coupe should look sweet.
