I've been reading all of these posts claiming how wonderful Zaino is and Blackfire etc.. I visited the company that manufactures Blackfire in Tampa the other day (Classic Motoring Accessories),
and was going to purchase some Blackfire after reading all of the positive reviews, however, they were out of stock.
My baby hadn't seen wax in a while so I decided to slap something on it to hold her over.
I looked through all of my boxes (I just moved) and low and behold there was some 3 year old bottle of MOTHERS in there.
It seems to work pretty well.
Can anyone really tell the difference in the better waxes?
I understand if your car is beat and you do a 2 step or even a 3 step process it's really going to make it shine, but our cars fresh from the showroom kept up with bi-monthly waxings look great.
Should I justify the cost of the better waxes? Even Mothers supposedly uses the #1 Yellow Brazillian Carnuba.

I use to use McGuires products as well, it can get my car to look JUST as shinney as any car that has been posted on this site.
I am NOT saying many of the popular products on this site are NOT good, all I am saying is that there is other good stuff out there.

Hehe. I used Mother's clay & their synthetic wax, and the company is just a few miles away from here. For me the cost of synthetic is justified because it's so easy to apply.
