I had HRES on my old bmw and they are ****, long story.. but they were made for my car and they also had a poke but i specifically told them i wanted the set up like that. What part of, this is how i want my car to look do you not understand guys? If it ever damages my fender than ill post on here and you can laugh at me all you want! But in the mean time i think our points have been clearly marked.
I think we need the ban hammer, this guy is a loser.

FINALLY !!!....the company that is building me another set of custom rims just responded to the questions and pictures of your car I just sent him. I also sent him a picture of the black G35.
His response to me was....because of liability reasons he would not 'WANT" to take a request like that to build rims with that kind of offset. He said that he is in business to make money..."SO" he would have the customer sign a document releasing him from any and all responsibility.
He went on further to say that he sees offset like that all the time....most of the reasons are people not being educated about offsets and they think that one size fits all, or they buy off the Internet. He said most definitely those rear rims will hit the fender...its not a question of "IF" ..is "WHEN" !!! He went on to say that you would have to replace the shocks with a solid bar to prevent wheel travel...which is like a Go-Cart to save those fenders.
So you see my "friend".... You say I don't know about offsets....so I went and found someone who is a specialist in this field.... and he says that you should be more concern with safety of the car rather than looking KOOL !
U guys are getting all worked up over this. Come on, forwarding this over to a wheel company. You must have alot of free time. Not trying to bash on you but damn, let it go already. So the offset is "wrong" we get your point. So his wheels will hit his fender, we read that many times already. Still the OP is happy, he doesnt care what you or anyone else thinks. You're advise, which is meant to look out for the OP, wont make him change his mind. Hey, you tried and so did the others. At this point, maybe its time to call it quits and move on to another subject. I probably wouldnt run something this aggressive, but thats me. Looks nice and all but its no my taste. OP, your car really does look nice. So hopefully this ends the continous rant about his "wrong offset".

Visit the FI section sometime....you will see what those guys do to shops that try to rip off members. They eat them for lunch and get them banned. We look out for each other. We also help our friends go in the right direction.....we dont take advise as an insult.
BTW: Well...because of the kind of $$$$$$$$$$$$ that I spend with this wheel company for all my cars.....he always finds time to answer my questions.

End of story, Thanks for your advice though.

I did not just look for a company to bother with this....This company has built 5 sets of rims for me to date and is now about to finish the 6th set. You think this company would have a problem answering a question like this for me......grow up !!!

I don't feel the need to give you my definition of the word "hater", what's the point?? Its only my opinion at the end of the day that matters to me anyway..
I tell ya what man.. I’ll admit, I’m wrong, the OP is wrong, everyone here is wrong. You can whip out your little black book of e-victories and jot down another "WIN". With that, you should be able to walk away, take a breath of fresh air, and feel like you’ve accomplished something with your day.. hell, if i was there, i would pat you on the back. Congrats!

This is the dumbest **** i have ever seen. Are you ricer retards really arguing the method in which XKR used to show you how stupid you are. Is that seriously your argument? bwhahahahahahahha!!!!!!
So what have we learned.
1) ricers will keep arguing even when proven wrong over and over.
2) ricers are dumb.
3) ricers have no taste.
4) ricers cant identify good taste.
Cheers,

Its definitely not my taste but I'm not going to sit here and talk to wheel companies about it
